Service Description
1:1 online coaching at $70.00 per session. Includes 4 weekly 45-minute sessions, Science backed facts about foods that nourish the brain and body, aid in weight-loss or size-loss. Weekly behavior co-created habit plan and implementation that is personalize to lifestyle and schedule. Support check-ins, and email weekly session summary with weekly, agreeable habit plan. Here's how it works: #1. Click on Book It, and you will be prompt to pay $100. #2. Select your appointment date and time on the calendar. Note: I would suggest you book right after payments. Book session appointment date and time no earlier than 5th day (after payment) and no later than 30 days (will expire). #3. You will receive an Initial Intake Form in your email, if you did not want to create a member site login password to assess the form. Please fill out the form and send back within 3 days of your appointment. For example: If you paid on the 10th of the month and you booked the one-time session on the 15th, please send back the form by the 12th, so I have at least 2 days to gather your data, assess areas you want help with, and brainstorm ideas for an action plan that compliments one of the main aspiration you are seeking support for. #4. You will be sent a reminder of our appointment date and time the day before our session, with a zoom link. Download the Zoom App and click on the link for our Zoom session. We will have 1 hour to discuss the intake form and co-create a behavioral action plan towards a main area you are seeking support. #5. After the session ends, I will send via email you the action plan, that we created together. Within 24 hours I will send you a summary of your session.
